To stimulate your body to relieve blockages. Relieving things that don’t serve you any longer. So you feel reconnected with your inner peace and strength...and back to your beautiful Sacred Root. 

At Sacred Roots Holistic Massage, we believe in providing the ultimate experience for our clients. We understand the importance of relaxation and self-care. When you book a 60 or 90 minute massage with us, you'll enjoy the FULL 90 minutes of hands-on, uninterrupted, focused massage. We go ABOVE and BEYOND the Dayspa standard of 50 and 80 minute so called “60 and 90 minute sessions”. I mean, after visiting those places 6 times, you’ve paid for a 60 minute massage that you never receive.  

 

We don't believe in add-ons or extra charges for our massage services. We want our therapists to be able to customize your session to you without having to up-sell you on things that would work best for your body! Prices are based on session length only.

Stress Buster Massage

(Head, Neck, Back, and Shoulders) 

Need some extra attention to those areas that hold on to stress the most? This massage is customized to focus on just those areas. Focused time in your massage will knead away the stress and release the trigger points in the shoulders. A relaxing Swedish massage is then done on neck, back, and head. You will leave feeling renewed and refreshed with shoulders relaxed and an open heart. (This is not a full body massage.)

Signature Holistic Massage

This session is customized to meet your therapeutic needs and can include a combination of the following techniques:  Swedish Massage/Relaxation Massage, Reiki, Hot Stones, Cupping, and Warm Towels.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping uses glass cups to cause a negative pressure or vacuum inside the cup, which is then placed on the skin. This vacuum pulls the skin, muscle, and fascia slightly up into the cup, bringing fresh oxygen and nutrient-rich blood in and through the injured tissues, helping them to heal more quickly.

At the same time, it also helps to pull out old toxins and stagnant blood out of the belly of the muscle, knots, and surrounding area to the surface of the skin so that it can be recirculated and filtered out of the body.
